Yes, I know... To learn and practice English as a foreign language is hard. Grammar can be complicated. Pronunciation, accents, cultural aspects, idiomatic expressions, slang... Oh, My! What about phrasal verbs and new vocabulary? It can be difficult, not only for students, but also for ESL/EFL Teachers! However... there is a way to absorb all that learning effortlessly and enjoyably!

Release Your Inner Genius!

English teachers, students, translators, writers... professionals or simply language lovers are constantly in need to learn more and to practice English. Do you fit in one of these groups? Very often, though, you can get stuck and discouraged by difficulties (bad explanations, hard time understanding something, lots of questions with no good answer, lack of practice, poor studying or teaching methodology, lack of broader experience, lack of a mentor, etc...).  But... do not dispair!  You can succeed as soon as you release your genius, and there are strategies for that! 

What About Those Strategies?

LEP will show you how to use the strategies to succeed. It's all about method and approach. But it's deeper than you think!

Part of the strategies that you need to develop in order to excell as an English teacher or a student is in the method that you use (to teach or to learn), and in the approach. Many teachers and students haven't got it clearly enough yet. For many teachers, it's missing something in their classes. They want to be more complete, but they get stuck. Students, on the other hand, get confused and think that English is really very difficult. The truth is: English is not difficult, and teachers can master the art of teaching - they just need the right method and the right approach. 

How did I got to be an ESL/EFL coach? Well, because I followed my own advice! 

Most of the well succeeded professionals and students have followed, in some time of their lives, a model. A guru. A mentor. They have had a coach to guide them, to show them strategies and experiences. I have my own mentors still! I keep studying. There is no end of learning for an expert - and that's how LEP is specialized in ESL/EFL to coach and help YOU!

The Problem is: Lack of a Guided Strategy

If you don't have someone with different experiences and a proved way to get there, to show you the short cuts... you may be a long time struggling. Usually we need to experience something in order to know better about it. The practical knowledge is far more complete than theory. So, here is one more tip (this website is full of them!): expose yourself. Reach out!  Try it! Do it!  What if you make mistakes?  Don't bother!  We all make mistakes!  That's how we improve our techniques! And get better and better at what we are doing.
