are nuts about words!
Welcome to the madness! A world of words! Oh,
so many things we can do with words! Words are our form of expression, our way
to present ourselves, our thoughts and feelings! So, be careful when using words! Or they can also misrepresent you!
Today we are starting a
new feature in LEP-Nuts: Word Nuts! This will be an extra Nut per week,
bringing to you new (and maybe not so new) English words with their definitions and
usages.
Conhecer simplesmente o significado de uma palavra -
ou primariamente a tradução da palavra - sem saber como empregá-la em contexto, não vai ajudar você a se
expressar bem em inglês.
Para ser fluente em inglês e conhecer bem o idioma é
preciso não só conhecer as palavras, mas saber como e onde usá-las da melhor forma e em combinação com
outras.
So, Word Nuts! will help you with your vocabulary and comprehension,
because if you learn a single word by itself and don't know how and
where to use it, it won't do you any good!

Today the word is very SEDUCTIVE ... literally! 
SEDUCTIVE
/sɪˈdʌktɪv/: what tends to seduce, or lead astray; tempting;
enticing.
Seductive is an adjective, so remember to use it when qualifying
something.
Examples of usage:
- That guy in black has a very seductive charm that Sharon
finds irresistible.(charme sedutor, a maneira de ser)
- You were wearing a very seductive costume last night, in
the party. (uma fantasia sedutora, ou instigante)
- The idea of going to Iraq is not seductive to me. (não
me atrai, não me convence, não me instiga).
